Itinerary
- Catacombs Of Kom El Shoqafa: Start your day by meeting your guide at your hotel; take your high way from Cairo (about 3 hours' drive each way), arrive in the famous city then you will start exploring the city with your tour guide who will explain for you the old history of Alexandria.
You will Visit Kom el Shoqafa, Tomb to a Roman burial site. This tomb reveals joint Egyptian and Roman architecture where you can descend down to visit the tomb and Caracalla Hall. - Pompey's Pillar: Then you will be taken to Pompey's Pillar that was built to honor Emperor Diocletian, who freed the city and fed its starving people.
- Citadel of Qaitbay: The third stop he Citadel of Qaitbay or the Fort of Qaitbay, is a 15th-century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean sea coast, in Alexandria, Egypt. It was established in 1477 AD (882 AH) by Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa'it Bay. The Citadel is situated on the eastern side of the northern tip of Pharos Island at the mouth of the Eastern Harbour
