Welcome to SeaSun Tours and Travel. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our travel and destination management services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement, where applicable, and the agreed-upon deposit.

• Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may be subject to change without prior notice unless the service has been confirmed and payment has been received.

1. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total amount is required to confirm most bookings, depending on the type and duration of the service.

• Full payment is due 10 to 30 days prior to arrival, depending on the package, group size, and travel period.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon payment methods.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date they are received.

• Cancellation fees apply according to the following schedule:

  • 30–20 days before arrival: 30% retention.

  • 19–10 days before arrival: 75% retention.

  • Less than 10 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total cost.

• Certain third-party services, such as hotels and other suppliers, may be subject to separate cancellation policies.

1. Amendments

• Changes to itineraries or bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Any amendments requested after final confirmation will be charged accordingly.

1. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and appropriate travel insurance.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, delays, and trip cancellation.

• Clients are expected to respect local customs, laws, regulations, and guidelines throughout their tours and activities.

1. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality travel experiences, SeaSun Tours and Travel shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, strikes, political instability, or other unforeseen events.

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Injuries or incidents arising from optional, independent, or non-guided activities.

• Any liability beyond the value of the services booked through SeaSun Tours and Travel, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events, SeaSun Tours and Travel reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services without liability.

Where possible, we will offer alternative arrangements or rescheduling options.

1. Intellectual Property

All content published on the SeaSun Tours and Travel website, brochures, promotional materials, and other company-owned platforms, including text, images, graphics, and designs, is the property of SeaSun Tours and Travel and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
