Welcome to SeaSun Tours and Travel . By booking our services, you agree to the following terms which govern your use of our travel and destination management services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement (if applicable) and a deposit

as agreed upon.

Prices quoted are valid for the time of quotation and may be subject to change without prior

notice unless the service has been confirmed and paid for.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total amount is required to confirm most bookings,

depending on the type and duration of service.

Full payment is due 10 to 30 days prior to arrival, depending on the package or group size

and period.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are effective from the date of receipt.

Cancellation fees depend on the timing:

30–20 days before arrival: 30% retention.

19–10 days before arrival: 75% retention.

Less than 10 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total cost applies.

Some third-party services (e.g., hotels,) may apply separate cancellation policies.

4. Amendments

Changes to itineraries or bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional

charges.

Any amendments made after final confirmation will be charged accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for having valid travel documents, visas and travel insurance.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers health, accident, delay and trip cancellation.

Clients must respect local customs, laws and guidelines during all tours and activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure safe and high-quality experiences, SeaSun Tours shall not be

held liable for:

 Delays or changes caused by unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes, political

instability).

 Loss or damage to personal belongings.

 Injuries sustained during optional or non-guided activities.

 Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics or government restrictions, SeaSun Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel

services without penalty. Alternative arrangements or rescheduling options may be offered

where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, brochures and promotional materials is the property of SeaSunTours and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt.
